Welcome: Locations - Directions BRADENTON LOCATION The Palm Coast Eye Center is located in Bradenton in the Bay Area Medical Complex on 21st Avenue West. If you are traveling from the north on U.S. 41, turn right (west) onto Manatee Avenue and continue to 59th Street West. Turn left onto 59th Street West and continue south. Just past Blake Hospital, turn left onto 21st Avenue West. Bay Area Medical Complex is located two blocks down, on the right. If you are traveling from the south on U.S. 41, turn left (west) onto Cortez Road and continue to 59th Street West. Turn right onto 59th Street West and continue north. Just before Blake Hospital, turn right onto 21st Avenue West and continue two blocks to the Bay Area Medical Complex. Should you use I-75, exit at 220 west (which is Route 64 West). Continue west on Route 64 (which becomes Manatee Avenue) to 59th Street West and follow above instructions from Manatee Ave. SARASOTA LOCATION The Palm Coast Eye Center of Sarasota is conveniently located in the Professional Plaza at 3131 South Tamiami Trail, Suite 201. If you are traveling from the north on U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail), continue past Sarasota Memorial Hospital. The Palm Coast Eye Center is located one mile beyond the hospital, on the left hand side of U.S. 41. If you are traveling from the south on U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail) continue past Bee Ridge Road. The Palm Coast Eye center is approximately one half mile past Bee Ridge Road on the right hand side of U.S. 41. Should you use I-75, exit at #207 and take Bee Ridge Road West. Continue on Bee Ridge Road until you reach U.S. 41. Turn right onto U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail) and continue north, approximately one half mile to The Palm Coast Eye Center. The Palm Coast Eye Center is located on the Second Floor, Suite 201. For our patients who require transportation to Surgical procedures done at one of our out patient facilities, The Palm Coast Eye Center has a courtesy van available for your convenience.
